Our 5yo has been really into glow in the dark stuff lately so I bought this for his Easter basket. It's a simple little fidget. He attached it to his backpack and it charges quickly and easily from sunlight. It has a strong glow! Our almost 2yo also likes it and always tries to pull it off when he spots it. I really like that it comes with a caribiner. It's versatile for many ages and is more substantial than pop-its.
