Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at South Coast Baby.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped by weight and charges will vary according to the size of your order. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via the most economical option. You are welcome to request a specific carrier, although additional charges may apply and your order may be delayed.

We typically offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more, excluding any oversized items or other items needing additional shipping requirements. We sometimes offer free shipping coupons, which can be found in our social media or email advertisements.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please bear in mind that your order may not be shipped out on the day that it is placed.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, or as soon as it is scanned by your shipping carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

South Coast Baby Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).


Route Package Protection is automatically applied at checkout unless you decline coverage. If you decline coverage, South Coast Baby is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We strongly recommend using Route package Protection for your shipment.

International Shipping Policy

We will happily ship most items anywhere in the world with a valid address. Brands that DO NOT allow international shipping include:

  • Jellycat
  • Loungefly
  • GroVia
  • Jujube x Disney licensed products

We are not permitted to ship to forwarding facilities or known forwarding addresses. The end customer must reside within the USA.

We may add a handling fee for orders shipped outside the US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

South Coast Baby Co will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and the package is not recovered.

Once your order is placed, we will not edit your shipping information. We can cancel the order, as long as it has not moved to processing/shipping.

South Coast Baby Co reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without notice.
