Our elastic pail liners are made of one layer of waterproof PUL with rolled interior side seams to keep moisture in. Strong elastic at the top keeps the pail liner in place inside of a diaper pail. Alternately, this bag can be hung from hooks or towel bar with the 2 PUL straps that fasten with snaps. Fits most diaper pails or 13-gallon trash cans.
